Valentine's Dinner Party Hosted by Anthousai, Cork Wise & Solaire

You are invited to a curated dinner party in collaboration with our friends and sommeliers Cork Wise and fine dining chefs of Solaire.

What to expect? An elevated, but cozy, four course dining experience with wine pairings and of course - lots of flowers.

You know that feeling when your good friends invite you over for a really good meal and drinks? You'll be greeted at the door with a pre-dinner cocktail and bites, and then sit around our family style dining table - with old and new friends. 

The chefs of Solaire will lead us through an exceptional and thoughtful four course dining experience, and sommeliers Dalton and Ben of Cork Wise will delight us with pre-selected wine pairing for each course.

You'll leave with new friends, a beautiful floral arrangement from Anthousai, and memories of the best food and wine you've had this year.

The menu will be as follows:
Passed Appetizers
Grapefruit scallop aguachile
Arepitas
Short rib and saffron risotto
Dulce de leche Milhojas
+ Wine pairings from Cork Wise

The dinner will be held on Friday February 14h from 7:00pm - 9pm at the Anthousai Studio-Store at 2411 E Admiral Blvd Tulsa OK.
